Dealing with a summer stain? The Laundress is here to help you remove it!  Here’s what to do if a stain’s gotten the best of your upholstery!

    • Apply The Laundress Stain Solution to the stain.
    • Work the solution into the stained area with our Stain Brush.
    • Pour hot water from a height to be more effective and soak.*
    • If stain has faded, but isn’t completely gone, repeat the process until satisfied.
    • Launder as normal.

*We recommended this process on durable fibers such as cotton, linen and some synthetic materials.
*For stain removal on delicate fabrics such as silk and cashmere, use tepid water. Do not soak silk longer than 30 minutes at a time.
*When treating stain from blood, always use cold water.

The Laundress Wash & Stain Bar is perfect for ring-around-the-collar, soil, oils, sunscreen and sunless tanner stains. The bar is the most convenient tool for spot-cleaning and getting to those hard to reach areas.

    • For spot-treating: Wet Wash & Stain Bar and stain, working the Bar directly into the stained area.
    • If stain has faded, but isn’t completely gone, repeat the process until satisfied.
    • Launder as normal.

*The Bar is not as effective as our Stain Solution for removing wine, coffee, tea and fruit juice (tannins) stains.

The Laundress All-Purpose Bleah Alternative is excellent to treat overall dinginess for whites and colors.

  • Pre-soak in a washing bucket or add to your normal washing cycle with detergent in the machine.
  • If treating direct spots, work Stain Solution into the stained area with our Stain Brush and follow instructions above.

The Laundress Scented Vinegar is effective in removing stubborn, pesky odors on textiles from smoke, underarm odors, mildew and more.

  • Pre-soak with a ¼ cup in a washing bucket or add to your washing cycle in the machine.
  • Launder with a detergent as normal.

Enjoy your “new” stain free items!

Lily
